We Will Be Reopening on February 26, 2021.



We have decided to reopen our store to public entry on Friday, February 26, 2021. This will be a soft opening to test our new procedures. We are aiming to provide a safe and spacious environment for everyone. 

We have also created a New In-Store Shopping Procedure that is fully digital and a whole lot safer! 

Please make sure to thoroughly follow these new procedures to keep yourselves, other customers, and us safe during these trying times. We thank you so much for your patience and we are very excited to finally get to see everyone again, safely and with masks on :)

How To Pickup In-Store/Curbside

1.Follow Check-In Procedure
- Scan QR Code or go to website on front door sign

2. Fill in Email, Pickup Location, Pickup Order #

In-Store - you will receive a text to enter the store when it is your turn.

Curbside - you will receive a text stating which BIN # to pick up your order from the front. *Please note this option is for customers who are not coming into the store. 



1. Do I need to have a mask?
A. All customers MUST have a mask on and worn properly before entering the store. 

2. Can I use ______ as a mask?
A. Only mask accepted are mask designed to stay on your face while covering both your mouth and nose without any additional help. If you have something that might fall off or using your T-Shirt to cover your face, you will be denied entry. 

3. Do I have to Check-In online even when there's no one there? 
A. Yes, our Check-In process includes government-required screen questions to permit indoor entry. 

4. I came yesterday, do I have to Check-In again? 
A. All customers are required to go through the Check-In process per each entry. Therefore, if you just left 5 mins ago and came back for something you will need to go through the Check-In process again. 

5. Do I still have to book an appointment for In-Store/curbside pickup?
A. No, with our new Check-In process, you can also request Curbside or In-Store Pickup anytime during our store hours. No more appointments needed. 

6. Do I need to answer all the questions if I just want to browse inside? 
A. If you just want to enter, you will need to provide your name, number and answer the 5 required questions. Required questions are marked with a red *.


If you place an order and it contains a Pre-Order it can only be shipped or picked up when all of the items are available. You will no longer be able to ship or pickup parts of an order. If you would like to ship or pickup some items before the Pre-Order arrives you will need to purchase those items in a separate order.

RESTRICTED ENTRY - Customers are required to follow Check-In Procedure before entering the store.  

MAX 3 - 3 Customers are allowed inside the shop.  

REDUCED HOURS - Mon-Sat 12:00-7:00PM / Sun 12:00-5:00PM


Service Updates:

Online Order (Shipping)- 75% All shipping orders will be fulfilled as usual but shipping times are delayed. 

Online Order (Contactless Pick Up)- 100%  No Appointment required. Please Check-In when you arrive.

In Store Shopping- 25% Customers are to Check-In following instructions in the front. Customers are encouraged not to spend more than 30 mins per visit
