I. Structure

II. Contact resistance
Connect the switch to a DC 2~4V wire to make a closed circuit, flow 1A to measure the contact resistance, reverse the direction of the current and measure the contact resistance again to cut the circuit 5 times. Resistance is less than 20 mohms per measurement.
III. Insulation Resistance
If you measure the insulation resistance between each terminal with a DC 500V insulation resistance meter specified in KSC1301, and then measure the insulation resistance between all terminals and the non-conductive part and the object connected with the lever, it is more than 500Mohm.
IV. Voltage
Apply an AC voltage of 60Hz between the insulated terminals or between the terminals and the ground, and withstand for 1 minute without breaking the insulation or discharging after reaching 1000V to 1500V.
V. LOCKING PERFORMANCE AND OVERLOAD TEST
There is no problem even after opening and closing 10000 to 20000 times at the rated voltage and current.
Through 150% of the rated current, 100 times of opening and closing operations are possible at a rate of 15 to 20 times per minute.
VI. Heat resistance test
After leaving it for 1 hour in a thermostat with a temperature of 90 -3 degrees Celsius, mechanical and electrical opening and closing operations are possible after 1-2 hours.
